Newborn & Baby Photography

Thank you so much. They are perfect.

Why have a Baby Photoshoot?

It’s such a cliche that babies grow so quickly, but they really do! Before you know it, you’ll have a toddler on your hands and wonder where that tiny baby disappeared to. By taking time to get a newborn photoshoot done, you will have something to treasure and look back on in years to come. Not only will you want to look back at it but as they grow, your children will also be able to marvel at how tiny they once were.

I’ll come to you

Getting out of the house with a newborn can be such a stressful experience and the last thing you want when you arrive at a photoshoot is to feel stressed - it’ll show in the pictures. As a natural, lifestyle photographer, I don’t need a studio or endless lighting equipment, baskets, rugs or props - just me and my (reasonably modest) camera bag.

You can stay put in the familiar surroundings of home and I can work round feeds, nappy changes, parcel deliveries and whatever else life throws at us on the day.

If you’d like to find out more about what a newborn baby photoshoot entails then get in touch and I’d be delighted to have a chat.

Really loved your fresh approach and the lovely photos you took recently of our newborn grandson.

Lifestyle or Posed?  It's all so confusing!

If you are unsure exactly what lifestyle newborn photography is, have a look at my portfolio.  The difference genres of newborn baby photography can be quite confusing and it is so important that you end up with pictures you love and treasure so I've written a blog post about the differences.  If you still have any questions about how it all works, get in touch and I'd be delighted to talk you though it some more.
